I am always searching for new sources of inspiration to feed my creativity. This week, I had the privilege of hosting my first participant in my writer’s retreat, and the experience was truly life-changing. I left feeling reenergized and overflowing with new ideas, eager to start a new week of creation.
To my delight, I was also blessed with an unexpected surge of creativity. My original plan was to concentrate on creating a physical product to sell, but instead, I found myself drawn to various online projects. One of these projects is an ongoing online book where I am publishing daily scenes for readers to enjoy. Additionally, I have a new short story available and am exploring the art of flash fiction, which can be found on my website.
After uncovering all these new opportunities to unleash my creativity, I am ready to go through the revised versions of my short story to finally publish it. It’s a different type of work that I don’t always enjoy, but it’s necessary and I finally feel ready for the task.
I am deeply thankful for this influx of inspiration and the chance to work on such a diverse range of projects. I hope that readers will find these new works as delightful to read as I found them to write. As a fiction writer, I am always searching for new ways to challenge my creativity, and this week has reminded me of the power of inspiration and the limitless possibilities it can bring.
